I was in decent health coming into the program so I wasn't looking to correct major issues (or so I thought). Bruce quickly helped me figure out I had a lot of room for improvement! So far, I've experienced significant changes in my weight. I've experienced much more consistent levels of energy throughout each day. I've become accustomed to eating when my body tells me to, not based on some arbitrary schedule. My sleep scores have improved and I wake without the groggy feeling I'd had for so long. I was also able to eliminate acne medicine I'd been using for decades. While certainly challenging, the program so far has exceeded my expectations. I'm more confident than ever of achieving my goal of peak performance health!

Laurent Vix
My purpose in joining the Peak Performance Health Program was to allow myself to age in good health and also to lose weight in order to prevent myself from the diseases that usually come with being overweight. I am 55 and, at the beginning of the program, my Body Mass Index (BMI) was 30, classifying me as obese and upping risk factors associated with long-term conditions. After several diets that ruined my health, pounds were still piling up year after year and I had no control over my weight. Moreover, my last colonoscopy found and removed small polyps. They were benign but the warning was there.
The most significant effect I have experienced during stage 1 of this program is a dramatic loss of weight. Since the beginning the rate of decrease of my weight has been impressive and very encouraging, resulting in a normal and healthy BMI of 23.
I could not expect or even dream about going back to the weight of my twenties.
Now, people say that I look much younger and healthy.
During my last visit to my dentist, for my twice-yearly scaling, she was astonished by the condition of my gums. She described my gums as being super-healthy and she said that gums are the perfect mirror of the body health.
I have gained awareness on the key factors that influence my heath and my weight. I have realized how perfect a machine the human body is and its stupendous power to repair itself, as soon as you get rid of certain beliefs, habits and behaviours that interfere with its natural functioning.
I feel rejuvenated, at ease with my body, with the enthusiasm of a young man in his twenties who knows he has his life ahead of him.
The Peak Performance Health Program is changing my life for the better.
Gratitude to Bruce Du Vé for his outstanding program and mentoring and to the Merrion clinic team for their great support.

I started the program in December 2017. I had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and had been told by the Rhuematologist that methotrexate and other meds was the only way to manage the disease. One of them stated that I would be in a wheelchair in 6 months if I did not do the pharmaceutical regimen. Welcare immediately disproved that by guiding me to allow my body to heal itself. Having taken no meds since starting in December 2017 and following the Welcare program, I have improved significantly. The arthritis pain is mostly gone, I have been hiking, diving, and kiteboarding in addition to losing 34 kilos. My friends say I look younger, less grey hair, better skin, clearer eyes, etc. I feel pretty good, but have also had benefits to my thinking. While the early stages of the program where a discipline challenge and involved a bit of fog, my system is clearly functioning better and my thinking reflects that. I have been able to study and digest material much better and for longer each day. If you are capable of challenging yourself and being disciplined, this program will change your life.
